Moshe Sasson is the founder and managing attorney of Sasson Law PLLC.

He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School, graduating cum laude and serving as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Brandeis University, magna cum laude.

Before founding Sasson Law, Moshe spent a decade at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, one of New York’s premier law firms, where he built a broad practice spanning complex commercial litigation, corporate transactions, intellectual property, real estate, and regulatory matters.

Moshe approaches every matter as a business attorney first. He understands that legal problems exist in a business context — that a contract dispute is also a relationship decision, that an IP license is also a growth strategy, and that a litigation posture is also a negotiating position. That perspective shapes how he counsels clients and how he builds solutions.

At Sasson Law, Moshe is directly accessible to every client. He knows the details of your matter, returns calls and emails promptly, and brings the quality of a major firm to work priced for the reality of running a business.
